Agribusiness Citizen of the Year Nominating Form
The Agribusiness Citizen of the Year award recognizes an individual whose leadership and contributions have advanced agriculture and agribusiness while strengthening its impact on the Greater Sioux Falls region.
This individual must be a part of an organization that is a Chamber member.
Nomination Criteria
• The nominee must be an individual who has made a meaningful impact on agribusiness within the Greater Sioux Falls region. This may include roles in production agriculture, agribusiness, education, policy, finance, manufacturing, food production or other agriculture-related sectors.
• The nominee should demonstrate sustained leadership and involvement, with contributions that have had a lasting and measurable impact over time.
• The nominee should have played a role in elevating agriculture’s importance within the regional economy, workforce or public understanding.
• The nominee should demonstrate the ability to connect people, organizations or sectors, helping strengthen relationships between agriculture, business, education and the broader community.
• The nominee should reflect the Chamber’s core values of community, connection, collaboration, vision and service through their leadership and contributions.
