Description
This is a reflective workshop built around one question: who's at your table? Participants build their own personal "board" — the people who've shaped how they think, lead, and make decisions and those that they turn to for advice. We work through who's currently at that table, what each person contributes, and whether the table still serves who they're becoming. The exercise closes with a challenge: reach out to one person at that table and tell them the impact they've had. It's simple, it's personal, and it consistently surfaces real insight about the relationships people are investing in and the ones they're not. This is a great workshop during the holiday season as it helps people appreciate those who've impacted them.
