This workshop will help business owners and organizational leaders understand how workplace culture directly affects trust, communication, employee engagement, and performance. Participants will learn a practical process to measure their culture across five areas—Trust, Integrity, Alignment, Clarity, and Engagement—identify the issues affecting their teams, and determine focused actions for improvement.
Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of their organization’s cultural health and a practical framework to Measure, Understand, Decide, Move, and Monitor meaningful change. This information will help leaders strengthen employee engagement, make better development decisions, and create a healthier, more productive workplace.
