Description
Wholehearted Communication connects, is honest, and clarifies the needs of both parties involved. Guarded communication evaluates, makes moralistic judgments, and demands resolutions that usually benefit one and not the whole. This workshop based on the teaching of Marshall Rosenberg, founder of Nonviolent Communication, teaches the four basic components needed to communicate in a way that brings greater clarity and understanding. If you're frustrated with communication, never feel understood, and are unable to clearly ask for what you need this workshop is for you.
This workshop will be led by Melissa Hiatt, Levav Leadership Consulting.
This Business Sense Workshop will be held in-person at the Chamber, please bring your own lunch.
