High trust teams are 50% more productive, 76% more engaged, and have 40% less burnout. Building trust is such an important skill for leaders in every aspect of their role at work and in life.
Participants will:
* Explore the layers of trust and how they integrate to strengthen team dynamics
* Identify trust building and eroding behaviors for each of the four pillars of trust
* Be introduced to the CARE Model and applicable tools around building a high trust team
* Practice strategies for active listening and intentional action that lead to building trust
