Leaders and business owners are asked to make important decisions every day, often without having all the information they want. Waiting too long can mean missed opportunities, while moving too quickly can create unnecessary risk. In this interactive session, Linda Mathiasen of Okapi Strategy will explore how effective leaders question assumptions, evaluate competing information, and make thoughtful decisions even when the path forward is uncertain. Through an experiential learning session, attendees will strengthen their decision-making, learn to avoid common thinking traps, and build confidence in navigating ambiguity. Through real-world examples and discussion, this workshop will provide actionable ideas that participants can apply immediately in their work and their teams.
