The DE&I Activator Series hosted by the Greater Sioux Falls Chamber of Commerce in partnership with Pathways to Inclusive & Equitable Workplaces concluded this past March. Over the past eleven months, participants of this series have been introduced to key concepts, strategies, mindsets, and skill sets to support a business leader’s knowledge of how to activate a diversity, equity, and inclusion workplace culture shift.
To commemorate all the hard work our participants have put in over the past eleven months, we are hosting a celebratory event on April 21 at 7:30 a.m. at the HUB on the Southeast Technical College campus. During this event, we will discuss where we have been, how participants have implemented concepts and strategies, recognize the 75+ graduates of this program, and explore the next steps.
