The DE&I Activator Series helps to grow a participant’s knowledge of how to activate a diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) workplace culture shift. The series offers concrete application strategies to help a workplace that is seeking to be intentionally welcoming.
In this 90-minute in-person session, participants will explore different types of microaggressions and, when not confronted, their impact on people and groups in the workplace and society. Through instruction, discussion and roleplay, participants will learn strategies for disrupting and reducing microaggressions.
