The national conversation around issues of diversity, equity and inclusion has grown significantly in the past year. The Greater Sioux Falls Chamber of Commerce, together with Pathways for Inclusion and Equitable Workplaces, invites you to join us for a conversation exploring the business case for DE&I programming in your workplace and best practices for implementing new strategies.
The program features:
- Keynote speaker Dr. Abdul M. Omari
- A CEO panel of local business leaders featuring Joe Bunkers (Gage Brothers), Stephanie Herseth Sandlin (Augustana University), Michelle Lavallee (Children's Home Society), Joel Sylvester (Five Star Call Centers) and Steve Vik (Marsh + McLennan)
- Introduction of the DE&I Activator Series
- Comments from Mayor Paul TenHaken, Chamber CEO Jeff Griffin and Pathways leader Kira Kimball.
The in-person program will take place at the Sioux Falls Convention Center. There are a limited number of in-person tickets available, which includes breakfast. There is also an option to join the program virtually.
