What is your biggest priority for the 2025 South Dakota Legislative Session?

My biggest priority for the next legislative session is to strengthen property rights. Eminent domain is something that the government should be able to use, rarely, on projects that help the general public. It should never be used on projects that do not help the public or by private companies. So I would like to strengthen our eminent domain laws.
