Employees play an active role in these efforts through volunteer work. Many employees help organize food drives, host holiday gift drop-off locations, lead classroom discussions through Junior Achievement, and collect shoes for Project Cozy Feet. They entered the Sioux Falls market in 2006 through a bank acquisition, which led to the construction of three new locations (57th Street & I-229 in 2007, 9th Street & Minnesota in 2008, and Dawley Farms in 2017) and included long-standing locations in nearby Garretson and Canton.
