WTH Solutions is a Sioux Falls–based consulting company dedicated to helping client companies strengthen margins, simplify operations, and unlock sustainable cost savings. Founded by Tom Hammann, a 25-year industry veteran with global supply chain and manufacturing leadership experience, the company is a small, veteran-owned business that brings big-company expertise to businesses of all sizes without the layers, jargon, or inflated promises that often accompany traditional consulting.
Tom’s background spans end-to-end supply chain leadership, including operations, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, commercialization, and continuous improvement in the CPG/food industry. After more than two decades in supply chain roles at a Fortune 200 CPG company, including seven years leading global cost savings and margin management initiatives, Tom founded WTH Solutions to help businesses fight inflation, improve profitability, and reinvest in growth without the overhead or rigidity of large consultants. Clients typically see faster alignment across teams, more actionable cost savings pipelines, and improved operational performance within weeks, not months, thanks to real-world experience, hands-on facilitation, and an approach that fits the client’s culture.

Looking ahead, Tom is excited about the company’s recent move to Sioux Falls and is looking forward to being part of the community with his wife, Sunny, who is also a veteran, skilled Pilates instructor, and quilter. They are Stampede hockey fans and are looking forward to warmer weather for hiking and biking.
