What is the most pressing challenge facing our community and how would you work to address it?:

Growth. There are a lot of great things that can come from growth, but if a community grows too quickly, there are anomalies that can come about that we initially didn’t foresee. Fortunately, communities around the country have experienced similar challenges, and there are lessons to learn that we can study. What navigating those challenges successfully means to me is investing in key points of infrastructure such as public transit, safer street design, and accessible child care. As councilor, I will continue to actively embed myself within communities that are experiencing these challenges and research proven strategies that we can then successfully implement.
