WIN in Workforce Summit to be held Oct. 22
Burnout, employment uncertainty related to artificial intelligence and shifting employee and employer expectations are reshaping engagement, a critical indicator of workforce health.
Amid these challenges, the Sioux Falls Development Foundation will host its ninth WIN in Workforce Summit to explore these topics and what leaders can do to sustain performance. The summit’s content is relevant for human resources professionals, business owners and leaders and those in management-level positions.
The daylong conference will be held Thursday, Oct. 22, at the Canopy by Hilton in downtown Sioux Falls from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
With a variety of large-group and breakout sessions, the WIN in Workforce Summit will equip attendees with tools to move their workforce efforts forward with confidence. Session topics include:

Following this year’s event, the foundation will host the WIN in Workforce Summit every other year, alternating with the YPN Crossroads Summit. The next WIN in Workforce Summit will take place in 2028.
