The roots of TMS trace back to the late 1980s when Tom and Carol Rademacher founded the company. Initially known as Midwest Typewriter Company, the business evolved over time, incorporating computers, copiers, and eventually time and attendance Systems. In 2013, their daughters, Jen Vanderloo (CFO) and Mindy Kroll (CEO), took the helm, continuing the family legacy and expanding its reach. The company’s name changed to Time Management Systems (TMS) in 2007 after acquiring a Florida-based time management firm, reflecting its national presence.
